Auximo Tech GmbH provides its services on the basis of the currently valid General Terms and Conditions of the Swiss Informatics Conference - SIK. These are made available on the website of the Swiss Digital Administration. Currently valid: General Terms and Conditions of the SIK (March 2025).

In principle, however, any contract individually negotiated and concluded between Auximo Tech GmbH and the client shall always take precedence.
