The Challenge

TRIKNO AG is a Swiss expert for high-quality chocolate and confectionery machines and supplies equipment to confectionery manufacturers worldwide.​
To control orders and production, the company relies on the APplus ERP system.​
During daily Gemba walks, project owners need to immediately see whether project-related orders are on track.​
For this, they require up-to-date reports of missing parts for each machine.​
Previously, this was a manual, time-consuming and error-prone process, as each order line had to be checked individually – a massive effort for large orders with more than 70 pages.​

The Solution

Auximo implemented a tailored Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that fully digitizes and automates this workflow.

• The bot automatically exports the relevant data from the APplus ERP system.

• ​Each order line is clearly assigned to the responsible machine, including the project number.

• A predefined PDF report is then generated and printed automatically for each machine, providing a structured overview of all missing parts.
